Cancelling a Booking

1. Go to My Bookings.
2. Select the booking you want to cancel.
3. Tap Cancel Booking.
4. Select a cancellation reason and confirm.

Cancellation policies vary by merchant. Refunds, if eligible, are processed within 5–7 business days.
